The two large sculpted glass walls are located in the Rapid Transit Station In Kaohsiung, Taiwan. Emerald Laminata was inspired by the exquisite carved jade art works seen at the National Museum in Taipei and the ocean environment of the island of Taiwan.

Digitizing two clay models involved 94 million three-dimensional coordinates. Templates plotted on almost 4 km (2.5 miles) of paper. 10,200 sheets of glass were cut, each with a slightly different contour.
